The purpose of SIM is to glorify god by planting, strengthening and partnering with churches around the world as we:

• EVANGELIZE the unreached
• MINISTER to human need
• DISCIPLE believers into churches
• EQUIP churches to fulfill Christ's commission

SIM Kenya seeks a vibrant Church that glorifies God through influencing the community by members living and demonstrating holy lives honoring to Jesus. As the Lord directs and supplies, SIM Kenya will put its efforts into fulfilling its vision in the following ways:

• Establishing the Church among unreached people groups, utilizing a holistic approach.
• Developing leadership and missionary vision within the established church, individual congregations, and like-minded organizations.

SIM IS...

• FAITH-BASED, meaning that each volunteer, no matter the length of their term, raises their own prayer and financial support
• INTERNATIONAL, with offices in ten sending countries and forty-one receiving fields
• INTERDENOMINATIONAL, with each member agreeing with the same doctrinal statement, but coming from many different church backgrounds
